Shopper safari

During a shopper safari, your team members interact with your customers on the shopping floor and assume the role of qualitative interviewers. The safari is prepared in close collaboration with your team members, who are briefed on the purpose and overall setup. They also follow a crash course on how to conduct interviews.

The interview results are shared among the team in a 5-hour workshop. Overall shopper insights are presented, key theories summarized and case studies and trends shared.
