In store intercepts

The in-store intercept is a great tool to understand how your average shopper experiences your shelf layout. Qualitative interviewers inside your shop observe shopping behaviour and conduct 10-minute interviews with shoppers in their trusted environment. As the shoppers are not pre-recruited, there is no mental preparation that could potentially bias the shoppers’ responses. Furthermore, the reasons behind shopper behaviour can be verbally evaluated.
